✦ TERMS OF SERVICE ✦

  • Payment via Boosty/EasyStart/Telegram. Payment must be sent in advance before I begin your order.

  • No cancellations in the midst of progress. Refunds are not accepted unless the commission has not begun yet.

  • In the process of working on your order, I`ll send a sketch when it is ready.

  • If you have any edits, they are possible only at the sketch stage. As a last resort, when the art is ready, minor edits are possible (read more about the edits in "additional fees")

  • Until you confirm that the sketch suits you, I don't continue to work.

  • Commissioned work is for non-profit personal use only. For commercial use of an additional fee.

  • I have the right to publish the artwork to my portfolio and social media. (may be an exception due to personal reasons of the customer,also for an additional fee)

  • I am allowed to record the painting process and upload it.

for each additional character its price is added according to the price list

  • 𝗗𝗜𝗙𝗙𝗘𝗥𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗩𝗘𝗥. 𝗢𝗙 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗥𝗔𝗖𝗧𝗘𝗥`𝗦 𝗦𝗞𝗜𝗡:

  • The cost of different character skins will also depend on the complexity of your request.

  • I can tell you the exact cost only when you describe your request to me.

  • (This can be different versions of the character's genitals, the version of the character in clothes and nude, or just different variations of the costumes and ect.)

  • The cost of an additional skins of character will approximately vary from 𝟯𝟬 - 𝟭𝟬𝟬 𝗨𝗦𝗗.

  • 𝗗𝗥𝗔𝗪 𝗕𝗬 𝗗𝗘𝗦𝗖𝗥𝗜𝗣𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡:

  • If you need to create a character or a background according to the description, then an additional fee will be required for this (in the event that the description is too detailed)

  • Based on this, an additional fee of 𝟯𝟬 - 𝟭𝟬𝟬 𝗨𝗦𝗗 may be charged at my discretion.

  • (Of course, if you only have a basic description of a simple character, there is no charge for this)

  • DEADLINE:

  • + 25 % of the order amount

  • 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗠𝗘𝗥𝗖𝗘:

  • Commerce - is all that brings you earnings from my art.

  • The cost of commercial art will depend on the type of your order. Specifically + 70% of the value of your order.

  • If this is an order for content on patreon, then the percentage will be less + 40% of the value of your order.

  • 𝗔𝗡𝗢𝗡𝗬𝗠𝗜𝗧𝗬:

  • If you don't mind that I publish your order, but want to remain anonymous as a customer, this is of course free. (just tell me about it)

  • But if you want me not to publish your order in my social networks, portfolio, then it will be for an additional fee - +100% of the order cost

  • EDITS:

  • You have three free edits. On the final stage of work only minor changes are acceptable (ex. change eye color)

  • Fourth and subsequent corrections for an additional fee

  • If you provided references and info, and I made a mistake/forgot something, this edit will be free because of my fail
